      In business, I served as Chairman and CEO of Rowpar Pharmaceuticals for 22 years.  I've built better boards, aligned management teams to vision, and developed programs, processes and products that improved the lives of customers.  Less than 10% of small firms are consistently profitable over 5 years, and even fewer survive for more than 10 years. I’ve done this and can help you do the same.

      Education is often key to change.  Innovations by definition are things, processes, and products that consumers don’t know about until they learn about them.  Making a difference involves engaging and educating the people you serve.  Want to improve getting your message across?
